What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

my last blood tests showed: urine - hemoglobin +1 and urine RBC 4-10. Urea 7.7. positive for Extractable nuclear Ab screen, 4.5 for sjogrens syndrome AAB. I have had my thyroid removed and have raynards..(can t spell it), gerds, feel tired all the time but that s because I can t sleep.....seeing doctor soon for their opinion....worried as there is heart disease and lupus in family.....but I don t know my parents....just know their medical background.

What i can say is that your urine result is positive for sjogren syndrome. And you are suffering from it. More than 50% of the patients present with antibodies for SSA and SSB. Your doctor will advise scintigraphy and biopsy for salivary glands. For Lupus the diagnostic test is ANA and Anti-dsDNA. May you get well soon.
